Good for liquid stains, Bad for solid stains
As my title says, this product works great for anything dirtied by liquid, and can hold a lot of stuff since the mesh is expandable...it doesn't do so well with anything dirtied with any kind of solids. The mesh is so fine that it doesn't allow any dirt washed off by your dishwasher to leave the mesh basket, so it ends up getting stuck right back onto the item it got washed off from.

The size of these baskets will fool you! They surprisingly hold alot of things! I have been able to fit 2 Avent Breastpump parts into the larger basket! I absolutely love these!
Finlly, a solution for straw-cups!
I am thrilled to have found these neat little dishwasher baskets! I was searching for something that would allow me to put the straws from my toddler's straw-cups into the dishwasher, and this is ideal for that application! No more digging for stray straws in the bottom of my dishwasher! The mesh on the baskets is stretchy enough to hold cup lids and toys, too. I am so glad to have found these!
